Responsibilities
- Perform carbon fiber lamination and fiberglass lamination works
- Apply vacuum infusion, hand lay up, and resin infusion techniques
- Prepare and assemble marine molds specific to boats and yachts
- Cut and install carbon fiber and fiberglass layers with precision
- Prepare and apply epoxy resin, polyester resin, and vinyl ester systems
- Carry out boat hull repair works
- Inspect surface and structural quality post manufacturing
- Perform sanding and final finishing works
- Comply with occupational health & safety standards and use PPE
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily factory targets
Requirements
- Experience in carbon fiber lamination and fiberglass lamination
- Proficiency in vacuum infusion, hand lay up, and resin infusion systems
- Ability to prepare and assemble marine molds specific to boats and yachts
- Skill in cutting and installing carbon fiber and fiberglass layers with precision
- Knowledge of epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin systems
- Experience in boat hull repair works
- Ability to inspect surface and structural quality post manufacturing
- Competence in sanding and final finishing
- Compliance with occupational health & safety standards and use of PPE

Job Description
- Perform Carbon Fiber Lamination and Fiberglass Lamination works.
- Apply the following techniques: Vacuum Infusion, Hand Lay up, Resin Infusion Systems.
- Prepare and assemble marine molds specific to boats and yachts.
- Cut and install carbon fiber and fiberglass layers with precision.
- Prepare and apply: Epoxy Resin, Polyester Resin, Vinyl Ester Systems.
