• JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• · Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• · Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. · Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Advanced PC skills required.
• · Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• · Bachelor’s degree in electrical or manufacturing engineering or other similar related discipline required. · 7+ years of experience developing or managing hardware, manufacturing, production, electrical, or systems test solutions.
• · ​ Experience with Manufacturing Test, Functional Test, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), ESS (Energy Storage Systems, Battery Systems, and Hardware Validation.
• · Minimum of 5 years management experience strongly preferred or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
• · Must be willing to travel up to 20%
