Y ou w ill play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining the site's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams, you will help establish the processes, procedures, and controls needed to support a successful manufacturing startup. Through audits, CAPA management, document control, risk assessment, and continuous improvement activities, you will help build a strong quality culture and drive long-term operational success.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans, procedures, and control systems for manufacturing operations.
Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements, including ISO 9001:2015 certification readiness.
Establish and maintain key quality system processes, including document control, CAPA, internal audits, management review, rec ords retenti on, and training compliance.
Develop and maintain process documentation, quality standards, process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, inspection plans, and work instructions.

Create and improve inspection, testing, validation, and process control methodologies.

Provide training and guidance on Quality Management System requirements, procedures, and quality methodologies across the organization.
Assist with startup activities including facility readiness, process development, workforce onboarding, quality system implementation, and certification readiness activities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field required .
ASQ certifications or other quality-related certifications are a plus.
3 + years of Quality Engineering or Quality Systems Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience implementing or managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations, including electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical assemblies.
Experience with large form-factor manufacturing, industrial equipment, power systems, switchgear, heavy manufacturing, or similar products is highly preferred.
Experience supporting startup facilities, new product introductions, or new manufacturing launches is strongly preferred.

The pay range for this role is $79,400 - $142,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
