Key skills for this role
Prepares components, assembles, aligns, calibrates, verifies and tests product in accordance with the manufacturing documentation to ensure product is manufactured to quality requirements.
Strictly adheres to detailed instructions, drawings, specifications, and bills of material to accurately process components into finished products.
Performing work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.
Adheres to ESD policy and ensures proper handling of product and its components.
Participates in continual training and development.
Manages time to ensure product is built and repaired to satisfy standard times.
Accurately documents status, labour and parts on the electronic traveller.
Posts assembly and material transactions in NetSuite database.
Promptly segregates and reports non-conforming parts and products.
Escalates all issues or concerns immediately to the Production Leads and/or Production Manager. Clearly communicates and clarifies details about assembly issues.
Maintains a clean and tidy work area.
Adheres to LMI Employee Policy Manual.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
