Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8th Grade education or equivalent.
- 8–12 months of experience in airport cleaning, industrial cleaning, facilities services, or a similar operational environment is preferred.
- Previous experience in aviation or airport operations is an advantage.
- Experience working with specialized operational equipment is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Flexible and willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and operational compliance.
