Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on specialized airport operational equipment in accordance with OEM recommendations and company procedures.
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and functional testing to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external OEM support to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure equipment is fully operational and available for daily airport operations.
- Perform pre-operational inspections and functionality checks before equipment is released for service.
- Maintain equipment performance and availability in line with operational KPIs.
- Prepare and submit daily maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation safety, operational, and maintenance procedures.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency maintenance activities when required.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the maintenance of airport ground support equipment (GSE), industrial equipment, or other specialized machinery.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems .
- Previous experience in aviation, airport operations, or ground handling is highly preferred.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Preferred age: 28–35 years .
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Good understanding of aviation operational and safety requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
