About the Role
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate seeks a Mandarin-speaking Off-Plan Specialist to guide Chinese-speaking investors through Abu Dhabi's new developments. Responsibilities
- Assist Mandarin speaking clients with off plan property inquiries, investment consultations, and project comparisons
- Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and developer briefings in Mandarin and English
- Promote new launches and exclusive off plan projects from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of investors from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and global Chinese speaking communities
- Provide expert advisory on payment plans, ROI, capital appreciation, handover timelines, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and secure bookings with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and professionalism
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in off plan sales, real estate, or high value client facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to build trust with international investors and high net worth clients
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's off plan market is an advantage
