About the Role

  • Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced Mandarin Speaking Luxury Property Consultant to deliver a refined, culturally aligned, and investment focused experience to elite buyers from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and global Chinese speaking communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Mandarin speaking clients with luxury property inquiries, private viewings, and bespoke consultations
  • Conduct high end presentations, lifestyle focused tours, and investment briefings in Mandarin and English
  • Represent premium and ultra luxury properties across Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious communities
  • Build and manage a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and international investors
  • Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and luxury market trends
  • Negotiate complex, high value transactions with precision and professionalism
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with exceptional etiquette, cultural understanding, and discretion

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in luxury real estate or high ticket sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work with discerning clients and high net worth individuals
  • Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury communities is an advantage
