Part-time remote Managing Director role responsible for the strategic direction, operations, and overall performance of an IT solutions firm.
The role supports client delivery, team leadership, financial performance, business development, governance, growth, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Set business objectives and align projects with company goals and quality standards.
- Manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and monitor financial performance.
- Drive business development to expand services and market presence.
- Establish governance frameworks, improve operational processes, and collaborate with stakeholders on growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills are required.
- Experience in business strategy, operations management, and organizational planning is required.
- Client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and contract or partnership negotiation experience are required.
- Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Previous senior management or director-level experience in relevant firms is highly beneficial.
