Part-time, remote Group Chief Executive Officer role responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the organization and its business units.
The CEO aligns financial, operational, and sales priorities while leading growth, governance, relationships, and organizational culture.
Core Responsibilities
- Set and refine the group’s vision and strategy.
- Guide long-term business planning and align financial, operational, and sales priorities.
- Drive growth, optimize operations, and manage key client and partner relationships.
- Ensure digital services meet market demands and quality standards.
- Monitor financial health and governance compliance.
- Represent the company in high-level external engagements.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and business planning skills covering budgets, investments, and financial sustainability.
- Proven operations management expertise covering processes, resources, and service delivery.
- Demonstrated sales and growth leadership with strategic client relationship experience.
- Advanced strategic planning capability for vision, priorities, and multi-year initiatives.
- Extensive executive leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading diverse teams and aligning culture across multiple entities.
- Relevant academic background in business, finance, management, or a related field.
Preferred Background
- Experience in digital services, technology, or related industries is preferred.
- An advanced degree such as an MBA is an advantage.
