Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall direction of YAZ IT Solutions.
Work in a part-time, remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the company vision.
- Guide long-term business and digital strategy.
- Align operations with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and technology leadership.
- Drive sustainable growth and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor performance metrics and manage key partnerships.
- Represent the company in investor, client, and industry meetings.
Qualifications
- Possess strong finance and business planning skills to oversee budgets, investments, and long-term financial health.
- Possess expertise in operations management and strategic planning.
- Possess solid sales and business development skills.
- Possess leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Possess communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Have experience in technology or digital services environments.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
- Prior executive or founder-level experience is highly beneficial.
- An advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
