- Act as the main point of contact for captains and clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Facilitate and coordinate ship repair, maintenance, and dry dock jobs from initial inquiry through to completion.

- Liaise with and provide input into technical matters across departments (mechanical, electrical, fabrication, carpentry, etc.) to keep jobs on track.
- Represent the company at the forefront of all client communications and negotiations.
- Manage commercial aspects of jobs, including pricing decisions and approving discounts to secure work.
- Support the recovery of outstanding payments and follow up on monies owed by clients.

Role Overview
