- Plan, capture, edit, and deliver high quality video content for campaigns, leadership communications, events, social media, and internal engagement initiatives
- Transform creative briefs into detailed storyboards, production plans, shot lists, interview structures, and post production schedules
- Operate professional video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and livestreaming tools
- Create engaging motion graphics, captions, localized content, and polished video edits
- Ensure all video content complies with brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, technical standards, and compliance policies
- Collaborate with executives, communications teams, agencies, event stakeholders, and content creators
- Utilize AI powered tools for editing, transcription, captioning, localization, content adaptation, and workflow optimization
- Monitor video performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve storytelling, engagement, distribution, and content effectiveness
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Film, Media Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related discipline
- 4 6 years of professional experience in videography, video production, and post production environments
- Strong expertise in video editing, corporate storytelling, and creating engaging content for digital and social media channels
- Hands on experience with livestreaming, video production workflows, and multimedia content delivery
- Advanced proficiency in industry standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing platforms

Role Summary
- Produce high impact video storytelling and executive content for internal and external communications, including leadership messages, campaign films, event highlights, social videos, interviews, explainers, and reputation building content.
