• 7+ years product development as individual contributor or project/program manager
• Project/Program manager role in multiple multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience budgeting/forecasting expenses
• Demonstrated history of teamwork and cross-functional leadership

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
• ~15-20 years of experience in automotive and/or commercial on-/off- highway vehicle industry
• Exposures to various manufacturing processes and production plant support.
• Exposure to India’s automotive supply chain ecosystem
• Exposure to India’s automotive/commercial powertrain product validation/testing ecosystem
• High level knowledge of powertrain Electrification – eMachines, Inverter, gearbox etc.
• Experience in Problem solving techniques (Red X, Six Sigma etc.)
• Engineering leadership/management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

• 5-6 direct reports, all individual contributors
• Frequent interactions with cross-functional peers supporting and/or leading efforts to close process gaps
• $0.5M expense budget responsibility / ~$35k approval authority
• Coordinator of annual budget proposal
• Coordinator of annual Process/Procedure maintenance across PE

• ~25% travel required
