- Lead and manage the Translation Department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of translation services
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of translators and language specialists
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and translation best practices
- Review and approve complex translations for accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance
- Coordinate translation priorities across multiple business units and stakeholders
- Develop departmental processes, workflows, and performance metrics to improve efficiency
- Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate documents
- Drive continuous improvement through adoption of translation technologies and terminology management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Arabic, English, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of professional translation experience, including several years in a managerial or team leadership role
- Native or near native proficiency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional written communication skills
- Proven experience leading and developing translation teams
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Experience within banking, legal, government, or large corporate sector preferred
- Proficiency with Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools desirable

Job Overview
