Canadian Blood Services is looking for a regular full-time Manager, Transformation & Strategy Integration to join our Finance & Corporate Services division.

Using your expertise in business process analysis, you will assess current operations, uncover inefficiencies, and design practical improvements that enhance service delivery, scalability, and organizational performance.
Drawing on your strategic thinking skills, you will develop and maintain transformation roadmaps that align initiatives, priorities, resources, and business outcomes with long-term organizational objectives.
You will build strong relationships with leaders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure transformation initiatives support both business needs and system capabilities.
Leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you will evaluate impacts, assess risks, and develop evidence-based recommendations that support informed decision-making and sustainable change.
Through effective governance and performance measurement, you will establish meaningful success metrics, monitor progress, and help ensure transformation investments deliver measurable business value.
By leading change and implementation efforts, you will support adoption of new processes and ways of working, helping teams successfully navigate change while maintaining focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.

This role will work in a hybrid environment with requirements to be onsite at one of Canadian Blood Services location at least 40% of the time/2 days of the week.
You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours a day.
Travel to Ottawa periodically, as required, to support business initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
