Role Overview
The role is Territory Sales Manager in the Sales / Mass Retail Distribution function.
The position is based in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
The purpose is to drive distribution sales and achieve market leadership through growth in gross numbers and revenues.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver sales targets for prepaid and post-paid voice, data, value-added services, handsets, and other products through channel partners.
- Monitor acquisition quality through the distribution channel.
- Track and report competitor schemes and programs.
- Ensure retail stock availability while following applicable norms.
- Execute channel-partner promotions to drive sales and market credibility.
- Achieve zonal revenue targets across the distribution channel.
- Expand retail outlets in existing and new geographies.
Experience and Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience required.
- Experience with distribution planning and channel implementation.
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Knowledge of data analytics and process improvements.
- Excel and presentation skills.
