Role overview
Regional Account Service Manager role in the VIBS Customer Service function.
The role supports service strategy and collections for strategic accounts across customer segments.
The position aims to improve customer experience, retention, digital adoption, collections, and account revenue.
Strategic responsibilities
- Implement differentiated service and collections strategies for strategic accounts.
- Use customer voice, RNPS, and CSAT feedback to improve customer experience.
- Provide consultative input and adapt service delivery to market and customer needs.
Operational responsibilities
- Engage customers through digital channels, field interactions, formal service reviews, and other programs.
- Initiate service improvement plans to resolve open issues and meet customer commitments.
- Coordinate with sales teams and channel partners and address customer queries and disputes.
Performance areas
- Maintain customer base churn below 2% through retention and churn-reduction actions.
