The Adventure Ahead
Lead a team of engineers responsible for the operational health and resilience of the Docebo platform.
Modernize the legacy Cloud Operations and Support function into a world-class SRE capability.
Influence platform scalability so global users experience uninterrupted learning.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, hire, onboard, mentor, and manage the performance of a high-performing SRE team.
- Foster a culture of high ownership, continuous technical learning, and optimization.
- Own incident response, on-call schedules, and daily production operations.
- Ensure post-incident reviews produce long-term corrective actions.
- Implement and mature incident, change, capacity, and problem management processes and systems.
- Refine workflows to improve engineering efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support leadership to integrate SRE practices into planning and delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report reliability and operational KPIs.
Experience and Skills
- Six to ten years of deep experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems operations, including experience leading and growing engineering talent.
