Translate customer challenges into reusable platform capabilities and help establish the FDE function.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Define FDE operating practices, internal playbooks, and the technical roadmap in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
- Map customer learning and development workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for agentic AI integration.
- Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents integrated with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub.
- Turn customer insights into scalable platform enhancements.
- Own discovery, system architecture, production deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- Shape the founding team's culture, rituals, roadmap, and cross-functional organizational design.
Core Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
- Customer-centric approach with communication skills for direct engagement with enterprise stakeholders.
- Comfort working through undefined problems, making high-stakes decisions with partial information, and owning outcomes from zero to one.
- Ability to build prototypes quickly and iterate using real-world usage and customer feedback.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript for frontend development and Next.js and TypeScript for backend development.
- Strong architectural background with experience in distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production.
- Experience with GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, or multi-LLM orchestration tools.
Hybrid Work Philosophy
- The team works three days per week in the office, Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility on the remaining days.

The process includes a Talent team video call, a hiring manager video call, a technical deep dive and architecture discussion, and a final culture and cross-functional alignment conversation.
