Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The position is full time and hybrid, with three days per week in the office from Tuesday through Thursday and flexibility for the remainder of the week.
- The role includes willingness to travel up to 15% to engage with clients face to face.
Compensation
- The target hiring range in Canada is CA$101,000 to CA$134,600.
- The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus incentive based on individual and company performance.
The Adventure Ahead
Lead enterprise-level software implementations that improve how global organizations deliver learning.
Serve as the strategic bridge between Docebo and high-profile clients while shaping client relationships and PMO improvements.
The Day-to-Day
- Own end-to-end customer relationships for complex enterprise implementations and define stakeholder escalation paths.
- Define scope and goals and maintain detailed project plans from discovery through final delivery.
- Monitor progress, allocate resources, and present status reports, issue resolutions, and success metrics to executives.
