The Opportunity
EY is seeking a native Arabic-speaking Manager or Senior Manager for its Audit team in the Doha office.
The role leads complex audit engagements, supports business growth, builds internal and external relationships, and ensures high-quality client delivery.
The role includes identifying and escalating risks, fostering a positive learning culture, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of audit engagements by defining audit strategy with the Senior Manager or Partner.
- Execute engagements in compliance with EY policies and protocols.
- Personally execute complex audit procedures when required.
- Lead teams or parts of teams depending on engagement size.
- Organize staffing, track fees, and communicate engagement issues to project leaders.
- Participate in business development initiatives.
- Build and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Identify and escalate risks.
- Foster a positive learning culture and mentor junior team members.
