Role Scope
- Work with leading organizations across multiple industries in the MENA region.
- Deliver high-impact consulting engagements that drive sustainable business transformation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
- Support clients in solving strategic, operational, people, risk, and technology challenges.
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development and growth.
Consulting Skill Areas
- Customer experience powered by EY Studio+, including service design, digital experience, and customer-led transformation.
- Cyber risk, compliance, and resilience services, including cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.
- Data and decision intelligence, covering analytics, insights, data strategy, and AI-enabled decision-making.
- Risk advisory supporting enterprise risk management, governance, and regulatory agendas.
- Supply chain and operations transformation focused on efficiency, resilience, and end-to-end optimization.
- Technology Leaders’ Agenda enabling digital strategy, modernization, and value realization.
- Transformation Platform leveraging technology-enabled platforms for large-scale business and digital transformation.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant consulting or industry experience aligned to grade.
- Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager roles typically require 2–6 or more years of experience.
- Manager roles typically require 7 or more years of experience.
- Senior Manager roles typically require 10 or more years of experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across the MENA region as required.
