Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of technology-enabled transformation agendas for Mining & Metals and other asset-intensive clients
- Act as a trusted adviser to CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and business leadership teams
- Originate, shape, and convert major opportunities through account planning and executive relationship development
- Oversee the delivery of large, complex programs from strategy through implementation
- Bring together multidisciplinary capabilities across technology strategy, data and AI, digital operations, and more
- Build and lead senior consulting teams, mentor future leaders, and contribute to practice capability, offerings, and thought leadership
- Collaborate across EY's regional and global network to bring the right expertise to each engagement
- Provide visible market leadership through senior client forums, industry relationships, and relevant points of view
Key Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in technology consulting or asset-intensive industries
- Proven track record in advising executive stakeholders on large-scale transformation programs
- Experience in Mining & Metals operations and digital transformation
- Strong industry expertise and technology consulting credentials
- Ability to bridge business, operations, and technology to unlock value
- Experience in leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language capability is advantageous
- Relevant professional or technology certifications are advantageous but not essential
