Manager, Sales Development

A track record as an individual contributor in a BDR or SDR function — you've lived the role

2+ years of lead, supervisory, or direct management experience

Bachelor's degree

Strong Salesforce skills and comfort with sales data and dashboards

The ability to coach across the full commercial spectrum — from SMB to enterprise

Formal sales methodology training — MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar

High EQ, clear communication, and the confidence to manage stakeholder expectations at a senior level

The energy to keep a junior team motivated, focused, and accountable
