Role Overview
Manage the profitability and operations of a company-owned telecom retail store.
The role is part of the Retail function and is identified in the description as Store Manager.
Sales and Revenue
- Achieve sales targets for voice, postpaid, prepaid, data, VAS, and handset products.
- Ensure and monitor the quality of customer acquisition through the store.
- Deliver store revenue targets and increase revenue per footfall by supporting customer purchase decisions.
- Achieve profitability and return-on-investment targets for the store.
- Minimize losses from pilferage, wastage, shrinkage, and unidentified losses.
Customer and Store Operations
- Manage customer churn and achieve satisfaction for walk-in customers.
- Ensure adherence to store documentation and system processes.
- Maintain store infrastructure and upkeep.
- Maintain stock availability while adhering to operating norms.
- Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays.
Marketing and Issue Resolution
- Execute marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
