Concession and Contract Management
- Manage concessionaires to ensure compliance with contracts, KPIs, and service standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for operational, commercial, and contractual matters.
- Monitor performance, revenue, and customer service delivery.
- Coordinate store handovers, fit-outs, refurbishments, and operational readiness.
- Resolve operational and commercial issues proactively.
