Strategies, Plan Quality Product Releases for SOTI

Define Performance & Security Testing Measure for Product Release

Drive Automation team to reduce regression and quicker releases.

Work with Product Managers/ Development Managers and Scrum Masters to define the project's testing scope and manage the test execution for small to large sized projects.

Work with closely with Development & QA team to find out Quality gaps and provide solution and approach to define high standard quality.

Help team with Technical Trainings and enhance skills.

Participate in all Agile Rituals like Sprint Planning/Grooming/Estimates/Demo.

Provide Timely feedback, reports to leadership teams on Quality of the product.

12 to 16 Years to experience with application quality assurance in a complex web-based and mobile software development environment.

Should have 3 years of Minimum Experience as QA Manager.

Should have minimum experience of 3-5 years in Automation testing.

Good to have if worked on Performance & Security testing for any product.

Hands on programming (Java/ C#) is Must.

Good to have exposure to AWS Cloud Deployments.

Hands on Experience with API testing and its automation.

Must have handled Functional & Automation teams, minimum team size 10-15 people.

Experience in a fast-paced project environment, working under Agile or Scrum paradigm and hands-on working experience with commercial & open source.

Overall must be a tech savvy person who has zeal to implement new technologies.

Should have good Aptitude/Communication & team handling skills.
