Responsibilities
- Implement and track strategic goals, objectives, initiatives, projects and programs for marina operations
- Execute and effectively operate commercial & public marinas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
- Manage maritime contracts and plans related to AD Maritime marinas and assets
- Develop effective working relationships with key external stakeholders
- Prepare progress and periodical reports and advise Division Director on progress of all marina projects
- Continuously develop and update operational risks mitigation plans
- Lead and ensure staff acquire required skills through appropriate training programs
- Provide strong and visionary leadership, supervision, and guidance to the team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Ensure balanced workload distribution among team members
- Lead cross functional team to streamline processes and implement best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Maritime Studies, or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus

Job Description
- Ensure implementation of best practices, processes and procedures in marina operations applicable to the managed infrastructure.
