Role Responsibilities
- Manage civil engineering projects from initiation and mobilization through construction, completion, and final handover.
- Develop execution strategies, construction plans, schedules, resource plans, and project delivery objectives.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, scopes of work, and project requirements.
- Ensure work complies with approved designs, specifications, method statements, applicable codes, and contracts.
- Lead earthworks, excavation, foundations, concrete, structural works, roads, drainage, utilities, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor progress, milestones, delays, risks, technical constraints, resources, budgets, costs, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead meetings and provide progress, cost, risk, and performance reports to senior management.
- Review and approve methodologies, construction plans, technical submissions, and project documents within delegated authority.
- Coordinate procurement, commercial teams, material requirements, deliveries, site consumption, and subcontract packages.
Role Requirements
- Experience managing civil engineering projects through construction, completion, and final handover.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, subcontractors, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Experience coordinating project stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
