MEP Coordination and Installation
- Coordinate and supervise MEP installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, BMS, and other applicable MEP systems.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and other engineering teams to resolve technical interfaces and clashes.
Technical Review and BIM
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, equipment schedules, and technical requirements.
- Review MEP shop drawings, design calculations, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
- Participate in BIM coordination and help identify and resolve MEP clashes before and during site execution.
- Prepare and respond to RFIs, technical queries, site instructions, and design clarifications.
Site Monitoring and Inspection
- Monitor site installation activities and ensure progress follows approved schedules and project requirements.
- Inspect HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, pumps, electrical systems, panels, cable trays, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Verify equipment installation, alignment, supports, access, clearances, and connections against drawings and manufacturer recommendations.
Stakeholder and Quality Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams on MEP-related technical matters.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing, documentation, and closure of NCRs and observations.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to support timely availability of approved MEP materials and equipment.
- Review vendor drawings, technical data sheets, equipment schedules, and material compliance documents.
