Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP engineering and installation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review specifications, drawings, BOQs, contract documents, and technical requirements for compliance.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, BMS, and other MEP systems.
- Review shop drawings, design calculations, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Ensure installations follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design interfaces and resolve clashes with civil, structural, architectural, and BIM teams.
- Monitor site installation activities, workmanship, routing, supports, access, and clearances.
- Coordinate QA/QC inspections, testing, documentation, and closure of NCRs and site observations.
- Review RFIs, technical queries, design changes, and site issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Coordinate procurement and technical evaluation of MEP equipment and materials.
- Review vendor drawings, technical data sheets, equipment schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor material availability and delivery against construction requirements.
Experience and Technical Requirements
