QA/QC Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project-specific QA/QC procedures for civil construction activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, ITPs, and quality requirements.
- Inspect excavation, earthworks, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, drainage, roads, utilities, and finishing works.
- Prepare Inspection Requests and coordinate inspections with consultants and client representatives.
- Verify approved materials, drawings, method statements, procedures, test certificates, and material approvals before use.
- Coordinate laboratory and third-party testing, witness applicable quality tests, and verify results against acceptance criteria.
- Maintain traceability of materials, test reports, inspection records, and approvals.
- Identify defective or non-conforming works, raise NCRs and observations, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
