- Translate customer and business goals into measurable results throughout the product life cycle
- Work with Marketing, Content, Finance, Data, and Business Operations to implement enhancements
- Participate in ongoing qualitative and quantitative research to pinpoint and prioritize customer problems
- Conduct A/B tests using tools such as Split.io or Amplitude to enhance features
- Drive team performance using scrum practices, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Lead scrum ceremonies and processes to ensure high quality and timely deliveries
