Role overview
Manage Oracle HR products and their delivery within the Enterprise and Innovation Team.
Support HR, payroll, and business operations through reliable, secure, scalable, and user-focused enterprise systems.
Create a roadmap for the successful execution and realization of the company’s HCM systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow problems and recommend solutions.
- Manage Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, Government Relations Systems, and Travel products.
- Drive system functionality enhancements, testing, user support, and data management.
- Translate business needs into practical system solutions through stakeholder collaboration.
- Lead HCM systems roadmap development and process improvements.
- Build stakeholder relationships and support system utilization across the company.
