Grow government revenue by building trusted partnerships and delivering support across a high-potential sales channel.
Support revenue growth and service performance across the government segment through the Ercab platform in partnership with Expro.
Manage an assigned portfolio of ministries and government entities across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Develop accounts and relationships with government travel desks, procurement teams, and key decision makers.
- Deliver user workshops covering booking flows, fare and bundle rules, and the network and product offering.
- Maintain accurate user guides and reference materials as the platform evolves.
- Monitor daily production and identify revenue or service issues quickly.
- Coordinate resolutions, platform content updates, escalations, and joint promotional activity.
- Align activity with government procurement and travel rules and with commercial policy.
- Prepare clear reports on segment performance to support priorities and growth.
About You
- Degree qualification is required.
- At least 4 years of sales or account management experience in an airline, travel management company, or travel agency environment is required.
- Experience managing government or public-sector accounts and delivering user training is required.
- Experience with online booking platforms and government travel procurement processes is required.
- Experience using Excel and revenue data with professionalism, structure, and attention to detail is required.
