Deloitte is hiring a Manager for its Product Engineering & Development team.
The role bridges technology pre-sales, solution strategy, pricing, delivery mobilization, and delivery leadership.
The successful candidate will support one or more domains including custom development, integration, Curam, DevOps, AI-enabled delivery, or Azure cloud engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales solutioning, pursuit qualification, pricing, scoping, proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
- Own delivery hand-offs, oversee mobilization, and provide delivery teams with context and governance guardrails.
- Manage pipeline and deal-desk information, resourcing needs, status, value, timelines, risks, and next steps.
- Collaborate across architecture, delivery management, staffing, and availability teams.
- Architect and lead technical solutions from pursuit through production in the relevant domain.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated technology pre-sales experience with architectural depth in at least one relevant technical domain.
- Experience leading application development and modernization engagements, including architecture, estimation, planning, and risk management.
