About the Role

Responsibilities
- Execute product development initiatives from concept to implementation, including client/advisor research, concept development, business casing, oversight of build and go to market, and value realization
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on industry and market trends, competitor actions, and bring forward Voice of the Client and Voice of the Advisor
- Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities, develop innovative enhancements that increase revenue, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance client/advisor experience
- Facilitate and lead cross functional teams with conviction, discipline, and strong communication to drive clear decisions and recommendations
- Synthesize and present findings in a compelling manner, adapting communication to different audiences
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years related experience in financial services industry, preferably in product management and/or strategy
- Experience with financial and product performance analysis
- Strong quantitative skills including data interpretation and information visualization
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Self motivated, able to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Experience with client research methodologies including design thinking, survey design, and focus group facilitation
- Strong relationship management skills
- Understanding of compliance and risk management
