- Provide day to day user and operational support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Gather, document, examine and manage business requirements/user stories on baseline initiatives
- Develop written documentation that accurately captures key information required to resolve issues
- Communicate with business partners in an effective and timely manner
- Coordinate or participate in obtaining estimates from team members
- Take ownership of support issues and engage appropriate resources to resolve them
- Ensure potential issues or operational risks are tracked and escalated in a timely manner
- Participate fully as a member of the team by supporting knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Test enhancements with a focus on end to end validation prior to moves to production
- Apply business requirements gathering and analysis techniques to develop quality business requirements
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Math or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Operations Analyst role in a production support environment
- Prior exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud and Smartview or a comparable planning and reporting solution preferred
- Accounting knowledge and overall understanding of financial systems considered an asset

Role Summary
- The Business Systems/Operation Analyst will use your knowledge of business objectives, processes, products, technology, and quality concepts.
- Partner with business and technology areas to ensure the delivery of quality solutions in a production support capacity.
- Maintain and govern planning and reporting systems using Oracle suite of applications (EPM Cloud, SmartView Ad hoc query).
- Provide business application support in a production environment to meet Service Level Agreements.

What you need to succeed
- Undergraduate degree (or diploma) in Business, Computer Sciences, Math or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Operations Analyst role in a production support environment.
- Prior exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud and Smartview or a comparable planning and reporting solution preferred.
- Accounting knowledge and overall understanding of financial systems is considered an asset.
