Manager, Partner Marketing

• Has built and executed joint go-to-market programs with channel, alliance, or partner organizations, ideally spanning both technology partners and services or reseller partners
• Has planned and executed field marketing at scale, including events, webinars, and user groups, owning them end to end from concept through logistics and measurable follow-up
• Has developed co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement that measurably contributed to pipeline and revenue
• Has managed a partner or field marketing budget, including co-marketing funds or MDF, with a track record of allocating spend efficiently and demonstrating return
• Has built durable, trust-based relationships with external partner stakeholders and influenced senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product
• Has marketed to or through the legal, compliance, or government verticals, or demonstrated the ability to learn a complex enterprise vertical quickly (legal tech, eDiscovery, or a related industry preferred)
• Has used data to evaluate program performance and optimize partner strategy, comfortable working with metrics such as conversion rates, sourced and influenced pipeline, and event ROI
• Has thrived in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple partners and programs at once without dropping execution quality
• Has shown strong written and verbal communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent Reveal credibly to partners and their audiences
• Coachable, with a proven ability to accept and apply feedback to improve performance and contribute more effectively to team goals

For Illinois-based roles, the budgeted annual salary range is $119,000 to $140,000 .
