Role overview
Gemini Building Materials is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Manager – Paints Division.
The role leads and grows the Paints business across the UAE.
The position owns division growth, sales performance, and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Paints Division across the UAE and drive sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
- Expand business across dealers, retailers, contractors, applicators, fit-out companies, developers, and project customers.
- Develop relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and other decision-makers.
- Identify new markets, customers, projects, and sales channels.
- Manage key accounts and long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor pricing, margins, discounts, and commercial terms.
- Lead and monitor the Paints sales team's performance.
- Set sales targets and review individual and divisional performance.
- Maintain the project and business-opportunity pipeline and drive follow-up and conversion.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and product developments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Branch Operations.
