Role overview
Lead and grow the Paints business across the UAE.
Own the division’s sales, revenue, profitability, market expansion, and team performance.
The role requires strong knowledge of the UAE paints and coatings market and established industry connections.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Paints Division across the UAE and drive sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Develop sales and business development strategies for the division.
- Expand business across dealers, retailers, contractors, applicators, fit-out companies, developers, and project customers.
- Build relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new markets, customers, projects, and sales channels across the UAE.
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor pricing, margins, discounts, and commercial terms.
- Lead the Paints sales team, set targets, and review performance.
- Maintain the project and business opportunity pipeline and ensure conversion.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and new product developments.
- Work with suppliers and internal Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Branch Operations teams.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, market analysis, management reports, and credit-control follow-up.
