Position Summary
Manage learning programs, learning technology initiatives, and training content development and maintenance across the organization.
Work with Learning and Development leadership, business partners, instructional designers, subject matter experts, operations leaders, and vendors.
Oversee daily Learning Management System administration, learning projects, program implementation, and learning experiences.
Learning Program Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute learning and development programs and initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, communication plans, documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
- Translate operational priorities into a Canada learning roadmap with programs, personas, and success metrics.
- Coordinate Canada programs with the Springfield Learning and Development team and global governance.
- Partner with business leaders to understand training needs and support operational learning solutions.
