Role Overview
The Oracle Fusion Development Manager is a leadership role within Saudi National Bank’s IT Development function.
The role leads development, enhancement, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Coverage includes Finance, Human Capital Management, Procurement, and other enterprise business domains.
The position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion development teams for enhancements, integrations, extensions, and production support.
- Define development strategies, technical standards, and best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, EPD, Information Security, and IT Operations.
- Oversee the full SDLC from solution design through post-production support.
- Manage releases, patches, upgrades, and impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards, security policies, audit requirements, and banking regulations.
- Review and approve technical designs, integrations, customizations, and extensions.
- Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Monitor system performance, application availability, and service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement using Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices and emerging technologies.
