Internal Mobility and Talent Matching
- Implement an internal mobility and talent matching framework across the organization.
- Drive internal hiring initiatives to reduce talent leakage.
- Identify reskilling and upskilling opportunities with business leaders.
- Create and manage an internal talent marketplace for role visibility and employee aspirations.
- Analyze attrition trends and build mobility strategies to retain high-potential employees.
- Track internal fill rate, time-to-fill, mobility ratio, and retention impact.
- Present dashboards on internal talent movements with cost-benefit analysis of internal versus external hiring.
HR Business Partnering
- Support people strategy for assigned business units as an HR business partner.
- Guide employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
- Partner with leaders on employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
- Support change management initiatives and alignment with business goals.
Key Requirements
- 4–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to internal mobility or talent management programs.
- Prior BPO or IT-enabled services experience is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and program effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
