Atain is seeking a senior Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in the cargo domain to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, create BRDs, FRDs, and process flows, and manage stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in the Air Cargo/Cargo Handling domain
- Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Good understanding of cargo operations, shipment lifecycle, warehouse handling, and logistics processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of cargo management systems or airline cargo operations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools
- Ability to collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and product teams
