Role Overview

Atain is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, robust, and scalable software applications.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, implement solutions, and deliver product features.

Core Requirements

  • The role requires 6 to 8 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Required experience includes agile software development, collaboration tools, integration patterns, microservices, domain-driven design, DevOps, testing, and performance tuning.
  • Strong analytical, technical design, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
  • Scaled agile experience, SAFe for Teams certification, aviation-domain experience, and AI coding-tool familiarity are beneficial rather than mandatory.

Technology Stack

  • Core technologies include Java 17 or later, Spring Boot, Node.js, React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Express.js.
  • Additional technologies include React Native, Android Native, Nginx, Apache Tomcat, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, MariaDB, and Couchbase.
  • The stack includes Solace, Kafka, RESTful APIs, Postman, OpenAPI v3, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Ubuntu, Red Hat OpenShift, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and Terraform.
  • Collaboration and AI-assisted development tools include Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, code, and maintain medium to large product features and modules within an agile feature team.
  • Contribute to user-story refinement, technical requirements analysis, low-level design, implementation, testing, demos, and story acceptance.
  • Write secure, optimized, and standards-compliant code while contributing to playbooks and technical standards.
  • Use feedback, current technology knowledge, and continuous improvement practices to enhance code quality and engineering skills.
  • Senior applicants may mentor, guide, and manage other engineering team members.

Workplace and Availability

  • The role is onsite in Gurugram for the first month and then follows a hybrid schedule of three days.
  • Immediate joiners are requested.
  • The interview process includes a virtual technical round and a face-to-face round in the Gurugram office.
