- Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business priorities
- Create compelling content including leadership messages, newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, FAQs, and campaign assets
- Translate complex business and transformation updates into clear, employee friendly communications
- Manage and optimize internal communication channels including intranet, town halls, AMAs, newsletters, email updates, and digital platforms
- Partner with Corporate Communications, P&O, business leaders, and change teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Support leadership, culture, transformation, change, and crisis communications across the enterprise
- Leverage employee feedback, engagement metrics, and communication analytics to enhance effectiveness
- Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, localization, segmentation, message testing, and engagement analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, Business, or related discipline
- 7 9 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communications
- Strong experience in leadership communications, change communications, and enterprise storytelling
- Expertise managing digital communication channels including intranet, newsletters, and employee engagement platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong written communication, content development, analytics, and AI enabled communication capabilities

Role Summary
- The Manager, Internal Communications will support the delivery of engaging, employee focused communications that bring Majid Al Futtaim’s strategy, culture, leadership priorities, people agenda, and transformation initiatives to life.
- The role develops and executes communication plans, campaigns, content, digital channel activities, town halls, newsletters, and employee engagement programs to drive awareness, alignment, trust, and connection across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
- 7–9 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communications.
- Strong experience in leadership communications, change communications, and enterprise storytelling.
- Expertise managing digital communication channels including intranet, newsletters, and employee engagement platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across leadership and functional teams.
- Strong written communication, content development, analytics, and AI enabled communication capabilities.
