Responsibilities
- Lead and manage individual advisory and internal audit engagements from planning to reporting
- Perform risk assessment and develop advisory audit plan
- Utilize data analytics to identify patterns and anomalies in financial and operational data
- Review and approve risk and control matrices and working papers
- Supervise field auditors and review their work for completeness and accuracy
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction survey targets are met
- Ensure compliance with QAIP and IPPF Standards
- Perform quality assurance reviews of audit reports and engagement files
- Develop and implement action plans for areas of improvement
- Present quality assessment results to Director of Internal Audit Quality Advisory

Job Overview
- Lead and perform individual advisory and internal audit engagements as part of the annual internal audit plan.
- Provide reasonable assurance that Masdar's internal controls achieve objectives and promote efficiency.
- Perform annual risk assessment and develop advisory audit plan.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage technical/non technical assurance/consulting engagements from planning to reporting.
- Liaise with Quality Reviewer to ensure deliverables are quality reviewed before submission.
- Perform internal audit or advisory engagements covering Renewable Energy Portfolio Management.
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Support in developing and delivering annual operational business plans and KPIs.
- Prepare/review risk and control matrix (RCM) prepared by external consultant.
- Manage and execute audit engagements as per engagement plan including RCM.
- Review work performed by field auditors and issues received.
- Review audit issues/draft audit report and submit to senior management.
- Manage client relationships and ensure achievement of targeted satisfaction survey percentage.
- Develop and implement action plans on areas of improvement identified by client.
- Upload/supervise work papers in internal audit database/software.
