- Process invoices and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and third parties

Job Purpose
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Ethics & Compliance Team in delivering the Masdar Ethics and Compliance Program.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring policies, procedures, and guidelines, and support third party due diligence and record keeping.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of ethics and compliance processes across corporate and business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation of the ethics and compliance program.
- Administer third party screening system, review DDQs, process quick screening requests, manage system users, and support KYC reviews.
- Assist in initiating enhanced due diligence and updating the E&C tracker.
- Review high volume of EDD reports and update risk and EDD trackers.
- Act as focal point for Business Partner Due Diligence queries, escalating complex matters.
- Provide support for ethics and compliance induction training and coordinate with regional offices.
- Assist with logistical and administrative tasks for training and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare periodic status reports on EDD cases, disclosures, and outstanding items.
- Maintain and organize E&C department documentation, including EDD and disclosure logs.
- Assist in preparing and tracking the annual compliance budget.
- Process invoices and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and third parties for payment.
